Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order, let us know as soon as possible. To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Please be sure to include your order number and reason for cancellation and we will assist you. Return shipping, handling and/or restock fees may be assessed if order shipped before notice of cancellation was given.
Returns Policy
Products and warranties (if applicable) are provided directly from our suppliers. We do not offer returns, but products may be covered under a separate returns policy provided by the equipment manufacturer. The customer will be provided with the returns policy of the manufacturer with an official quote (if requested). Return shipping charges will typically be the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping
Products are shipped directly from each manufacturer. Prices quoted do not include shipping. Please request a quote and provide your address to receive an accurate shipping quote. When importing products from other countries, products may be subject to duties and taxes, which the customer is fully responsible for.
